Job and Career Accelerator, which is part of the extensive LearningExpress Library, is an all-in-one resource to guide you through the entire job search process and provide personalized, step-by-step assistance. Includes resume & cover letter help, career exploration and practice interviews. Great resource for creating a resume from a template!

Check out the Skills Matcher and Interest Matcher quizzes under Find a Career Match. These are great for teens just entering the workplace or adults looking to change their career.

Data Axle has partnered with Indeed.com to bring the latest job postings. This robust offering enables library patrons to search, apply and prepare for their next career move faster with deeper information and key career insights. Combining the search engine of Indeed.com, you can see the details about the company including the latest news, key executives, sales growth, competitors and parent and subsidiaries. This seamless integration enables patrons to get the background information they need to truly vet the opportunity for themselves and prepare for interviews all in one place. Data Axle has also incorporated career support features into the module, with reference materials that provide a variety of insights, including: interview advice, resume writing techniques, general job searching suggestions, aptitude testing, and continuing education testing tips. It also delivers career support webinars and online tutorials that give more in-depth information to further assist job seekers.
